Our January is a wee bit on the busy side!
We have our 8 shows in 10 days run through the midwest, then we come home and play at the Mohawk on Jan 20 the day we get back from tour. If you’re in Austin, come support our homecoming – we’ll be ready to celebrate the end of our first midwest run, and we’ll be so happy to see your familiar shining faces!
Then on Jan 25 is a special event that we’re really excited about: an acoustic performance and live taping at the Recording Conservatory of Austin. Due to space availability in the studio, exactly 25 tickets are available. Dinner will be catered and it’s BYOB. On Jan 31, we will be doing yet another unique event at the Blackheart. We will be joining forces with a theater group called The Exchange Artists to present a performance of “Golden Boy” by Clifford Odets with Language Room providing the accompanying score and after party. It will be yet another interesting way to shake up your concert-going experience and see Language Room in a completely different setting.
So that’s our January! Come to any and all of these great shows. After this we’ll be in hiding until mid March to get ready for the newest addition to the LR family! (By the way, Baby Sapio is a boy!)
